Preparation
Step 1Cook the pasta for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and season to taste.
Step 2Wash and cut the red pepper and celery into small cubes.
Step 3Drain the tinned corn and rinse with clean water.
Step 4Chop the red onion.
Step 5Prepare the white sauce by mixing all the ingredients in the following order: soy yogurt, malted yeast, mustard, salt and pepper. Finish with the water to dilute your sauce to the desired consistency.
Step 6In your serving dish, add the cooked pasta, vegetables and sauce. Mix everything together.
