Pasta salad, quick and served cold with summer vegetables and its creamy white vegan sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the pasta for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and season to taste.

Step 2

Wash and cut the red pepper and celery into small cubes.

Step 3

Drain the tinned corn and rinse with clean water.

Step 4

Chop the red onion.

Step 5

Prepare the white sauce by mixing all the ingredients in the following order: soy yogurt, malted yeast, mustard, salt and pepper. Finish with the water to dilute your sauce to the desired consistency.

Step 6

In your serving dish, add the cooked pasta, vegetables and sauce. Mix everything together.
